Default scaning the blue print to get on lines & curves

I am tring to scan the blue prints but I want only plain sketch
without the blue background

please help

You will probably have to use a graphics program to do that after you have
saved your scans. Using these procedures will get you the Negative
Image and Threshold.

Or you can scan in Grayscale and adjust the contrast and brightness to get a
good scan, then since Blueprints are negatives, you can reverse the image.
Switch negative to positive.

You need a photo program to do those things.

The Free Irfanview Viewer can do all that is necessary. (Get the Plug-in).
