Default ARGH, another incompatible softy package

My old sammysung DVD drive finally bit the dust. A little looking and it
seemed that I was looking for an ASUS dvd drive.
Specs seemed nice the drive was stated as quiet, so I gets one from the
local store.
The disk has Nero 10 on it, cool I thinks!

WRONG seems Nero 10 is not windows XP x64 compatible.
Drats, and curses.

my Old Nero 7 didn't want to uninstall (even with the disk) but I got it
off the harddrive anyway.

Now I await the reply from the Nero folks on 'whats next'?
